アイシングクッキーは食べられるアートの一つとして人気の高い製菓技法で、日本サロネーゼ協会も認定しており、ほとんどの製菓学校でも授業の実習に取り入れられています。 ただ、着色料を原材料に使用することから、完璧主義や神経質、糖尿病などの持病持ちの人にはお薦めならないのは残念です。
