Grass is always greener. Other ace players will hear you play and want something you have that they dont. Not many folks can mix blues, rock n shred! When ever you feel that doubt ignore it and make sure you dedicate. Your ability to improvise solo guitar is very good! I wish i could play like you!

Thanks man! You're right, it's so easy to get sick of your own sound, because it's all you hear all the time when you practice. I love that subjective aspect to music. The grass always sounds green af, when you hear a new guitarist and the unique way they play.

Over the A major briefly Dorian. If the A is Minor it would remain Aeolian. So you can play the C# over that chord.

Man … wow … man I was in a wannabe kinda like a just a little bit better than the garage band or whatever years ago… The guitarist passed away. I put the guitar away for several years now in the past couple of weeks I’ve been using these videos I can shred pretty much on solos but my rhythm sucks at times bad , so I love these because I can jump the rhythm into solos and back to rhythm at first I just used to practice my lead in soloing just to get used to it now I can jump in and out. It’s not always smooth but it’s getting better. Thank you very much. I appreciate you you get the gold star for the yearlol😂

I got to see them last year, best night I've had in years, definitely one of my favourite bands ever. Didn't intend/notice the similarity when I made this one, but it's there. Smash it!

Howdy!, Your Strat/Tele was just a bit off tuned!....I'm not trying to humiliate you, But!? But!? But!?...I have been playing for over 40 years, and I have been there, and will continue to be there if I don't catch it before others will!.....Oh! that Pesky and Annoying "G” String" and especially the "Open G!" and especially heard on the song: "C Major Ballad", But simply loved the last ending cycles as it Intensified, Climaxed towards a Grand Finale! as it neared its conclusion.

You're totally right and I can't even blame the headstock shape, since I have a locking nut... I think it was genuine laziness when I made that track; probably left in "draft idea" guitar part and built the track around it and was too lazy to re-record it.

So, yes, I understand people want to make ad revenue on things they upload, it’s their prerogative but how fucking lame to have ad breaks in the middle of the tracks. How queer.

@@JRSMusicProductionsI still appreciate all your videos 😅, I just get triggered by ads and it was compounded with music flow interruption. You rock
@JRSMusicProductions

I genuinely wasn't aware of how disruptive the auto-ad placement was until you pointed it out, so thanks! The whole plan is to make practice fun and feel less tedious, ads in the middle of tracks makes that idea a bit redundant.

lmao That picture with the text alone is worth a thumbs up. On the bright side... A guitar neck coming out from his hand is far better than one coming out from his ass. haha I like the track too though.

cool tracks....heads up, first one in Em has an A major chord in the progression, so shift that C note in the scale up to C# on that chord or Em pentatonic will also sound good over that chord

NOTE: There are a few sudden skips in the 3rd track, this is due to copyright claims that didn't exist in the original video, but they do here for some reason. Anyway, think of it as practicing like the band messing or something... Enjoy the video!

@JRSMusicProductions
@JRSMusicProductions Ай бұрын
The blue highlighted notes on the guitar neck are basically just the most practical and easiest pattern of the scale to remember and use since it starts on the root note and can be easily reached without moving your hand up and down the neck.
