The 'Mufti" also misrepresents scholars and madhahib scholars. And his concept of Sunni is 'Salafi'. Although there are differences between the current day Salafi and those who follow the Madhhab, 'Mufti' doesn't realize that they are all sunni. Imam Malik was a sunni. Yes! And marriages that think that they can change an individual. A man marrying a non-practicing sister with her promising that she'll consider covering up to avoid harm in the marriage.... yeh she's not going to change. I'm a woman, and I know how leading and manipulative women can be. And obviously, thats not to be degrading. You can't change a person with the promise of marriage. As a urdu speaker i can confirm that it does indeed say this. The last line of the page does say "But dont use this in a unjust way otherwise you will be sinful" - however as we know from Quran and Sunnah that its not only sinful its magic and kufr wether the reason is good or bad this is not allowed for Muslims at all.
