I encourage everyone to read it at least once to become enlightened and find the truth: It's a pamphlet full of violence and hate and badly retold stories from Christian and Jewish texts, which a warlord with an unstable mind came up with when he was having his episodes in some cave. I've read it cover to cover and found some variation of "kāfir (infidels) will burn in jahannam (hell)" on like every second page.

He will burn in a flaming Fire, and so will his wife, the carrier of thorny kindling, around her neck will be a rope of palm-fibre." Why would the "perfect" book sent by God cuss out some random dude the prophet revealing it happened to have a problem with? -> because the whole thing is nothing more than some voices he heard in his head, or a calculated tactic to scare the people he wanted to subjugate at any given time or to justify any horrible behavior he was engaging in at the moment. Just read the thing! And the Hadith. It's all there! Save yourself and your time and forsake this nonsense. And if you need spiritual guidance, at least follow a more wholesome religion, like the Christian one, which is about love, forgiveness and peace.

If you consume a good size breakfast, then there's no need for lunch. That's what I do and eat a decent healthy dinner. And money you save is unbelievable. Great video. I'm surprised more people haven't caught on to this very health practice.

@@MohammadNahimHaider Assalaamu alaikum brother I recently started making this dua (in urdu) Ya rab, forgive all the sins of muslims, and increase their Imaan, taqwa and ilm(knowledge). Ya Allah, give us strength to pray all the 5 salahs, read and understand the Quran. I dont speak Arabic but can only read and recite the Holy Quran. I want to make the above dua in Arabic, so is there any dua which is more better and powerful which i can ask Allah.

Aleikum salam warahmatullah bro, the best supplications are the ones that our prophet did, and the ones Allah azzawajal put in the quran.
