Cardio keeps you healthy, heart, mind, body, and soul. I find anytime I feel off, going outside and walking almost always makes me feel instantly better. It is being in nature for sure, but I also think it is the walking. We biologically are hunters and gatherers, and are use to the outdoors and movement. It helps with your endurance with weight training too and you should still incorporate some cardio simply to stay healthy.

Chia seeds. Quinoa, chickpea pasta, dates, pinto beans, and kidney beans, Jackfruit, Just some ideas to add on top of what you already plan on doing. Try to out whenever you decide to. They’re really good additions to your diet. I’ve been vegetarian for 6 years no meat at all. And I’ve been a big advocate of eating well. I could be honest the worst things I’ve ever ate is pizza and lettuce and cookies. I don’t eat sugar often as much anymore. Agave syrup is a healthy alternative for sugar and helps with heart. Eggs are good chia seeds is my replacement because its the same components as eggs as a substitute

Yes getting fit is ideal FOR ONE SELF! Dont aim to become fot for the sole purposes of "other" people because that WON'T be enough motivation to keep you going UNLESS you're massively obese. Im a subpar 4 human. Im 5'8 bald head and ugly! And i STILL managed to hit double digits in women and honestly the only thing i can say it was a fucking waste of MONEY and valuable time dealing with women. Truth be told people dont care and WOMEN wont automatically suck your dick because you're fit! You still have to deal with the same bullshit like everyone else. However if you want QUALITY submissive woman youll need to go outside the u.s. So it all depends on what you want out of life, ill tell you this much.... all a pussy can say is NO 😂but the beauty of women they all have the same shit! Just keep approaching and talking to women. I highly DON'T recommend it but if you desire pussy that much go for it. Being fit all it does is they are willing to listen a "little" bit more.

This is the most braindead take on bulking ever. Bulking is basicly eating in a caloric surplus. So even 1 calorie above your maintenace calories is by definition a bulk whether that comes for junkfood or clean food(i dont recommend eating garbage) but to put on muscle in a substancial rate you need to be in a surplus of calories
