When you started did you start with a CPYB certification? If you need experience to obtain a CPYB certification it sounds like if you give these rookie brokers the opportunity, they will be the hungriest and most dedicated brokers to get your boat or yacht sold? Maybe that’s a reason to go with a non CPYB certified broker. Sometimes the under dogs look in your best interest more than the top dogs.
@ChrisYachtSalesКүн бұрын
You do need experience to get CPYB certification. I'm not disrespecting "rookies", but for someone doing a 6 or 7 figure transaction, do they want a "rookie"?

I can share real life burn rates and the results we had were + /- 70-74 % load and dialed in on the trim 70 ish 74-79 high 70’s to 80 Over 79 pushing 90 I’m sure they recorded the results at various loads during your in depth sea trial. I’m sure they also noted the amount water and fuel in the tanks during the sea trial. Speeds were impressive to me. 18-22 knts you can calculate that to mile per hour for your audience We started each day with full fuel ⛽️ and 75% water. We ended the day 500 gallons lighter on fuel. ⛽️

I share your enthusiasm for the Navetta having run a 68 for the past 3 days in varying conditions at sea. Nothing like that flat water for your sea trail :) Disagree with the fuel burn , the higher the rpm’s the higher the fuel burn rate :)

steep depreciation and about 300K ( standard 10% of purchase value yacht world costs) maintenance costs first 3 years and more thereafter. Is that what you call a good investment? learn to sell yacht rather than opening your mouth and talk bs. you buy a yacht for other reasons than ROI.
@ChrisYachtSalesАй бұрын
lol - clearly you did not understand my point. There are many varieties of "ROI" in life. And I can assure you, the people who purchase Yachts thoroughly understand financial optimization. A yacht is about optimizing other aspects of your life, which smart, financially successful people, understand and appreciate.... They certainly did not become wealthy by not understanding financial ROI. I would be surprised if you've spent any time boating....

Very well said ! It's counterintuitive to think that way, but by being an advocate of our customers needs instead of tunnel visioning on the sell, it actually increases sales on the long run !
