Good-looking truck! I'm in the final stages of building a 53 for a customer! I also enjoy seeing the car seat in there, my little ones love riding in Dad's projects!

Thank you! My daughter loves hotrods. Shes helped a lot of working on the cars too. It’s really cool. The bug (buggy as she calls it) is her favorite. Don’t have that one going yet. Her and her mama will build that one.

Let the pavement do that for you haha. I was going over speed bumps in the video. It scrapes pretty good. And some times over a freeway overpass, I have to move off to the side where tracks are higher haha. It’s not bad at all though.

Awesome!! That’s going to be sweet. I couldn’t find too many mid fifty chassis swap videos. I definitely watched a lot of different trucks beings swapped and I feel like at the end of the day, I did everything different than what I watched haha. And thank you! I couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out so far.

I never got my gas gauge working and I assumed I had enough to make it to work because last time I drove the truck, I threw gas in it and that same day my shifter broke and I didn’t drive again until a quick drive yesterday. But triple a showed up with a gallon gas and she fired right up, made it the closest station and off to work I went haha.

Mine was in the same shape before. Using the vic dash. And am now trying to support the front end like in your videos. Have to also get the lined up

Saving old trucks! 🤘 how was it fitting the Vic dash in the cab? I used a jack & stands to get it looking correct in my eyes and then just started welding in tubes to support the front end.
