Hey what a lovely collection of photos - nice work putting them into a video archive. I don't know these peaks at all, the Scottish ones are too far north for me sadly but what beautiful views. I hope to be up to the North Pennines or the North York Moors sometime next year though. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, Warren :)

Hi Warren thank you, I'm just tidying up and putting some standard front covers on the vids as it's such a horrible weekend and haven't been able to get out. Nice doing a bit of housekeeping on the site to keep me out of trouble 😊
@walking4slobs15 күн бұрын
Actually I also went through updating the locations in each too. I can't believe how much the quality has changed since we started doing them 🙈. Paul used to do them and our styles are really different. He is more artistic and I like strict formats 😅

Great video, we’re heading up to Lochinver for a week in September so this was a nice preview of the area. Loved the views from Stac Pollaidh, one of our fav places! Anyway, you have a new subscriber 😊

Aw thank you, we are really hoping to get back up there. I wasn't very well so failed to do a few of the mountains I originally wanted. I also wanted to do the Bone Caves, so will definitely be back. Hope you have an amazing time ☺️
@WhenTheMountainsCall4 ай бұрын
@@walking4slobs oh yes the bone caves are good. We did those last year. Suilven is also an incredible hike, although a long one. Another one I’d recommend is Sandwood Bay, it’s a bit of a drive and a decent walk but well worth it.
@walking4slobs4 ай бұрын
@WhenTheMountainsCall I wasn't feeling well on Suilven day hence at the bothy we made it into a low level circular. Thanks for the tips. Quinag is another I hopefully will get to do if my arthritis doesn't ruin it for me 🙈😂
@WhenTheMountainsCall4 ай бұрын
@@walking4slobs Ahh yes, quinaig is our nemesis. Planned it the last two years and without success. First year I’d just had Covid so was struggling, last year the weather was shocking all week long. Hopefully next month we’ll finally get it done. 😀
