In the other video when you did a wall split to the ground you didn't go all the way down like in anna McNulty did and your leg was kind of bent

I have a more recent one where I'm doing it all the way to the ground. I'm wearing a red outfit in it. And I'm not sure if you know this, but camera angles also play a huge role in this.

Thank you!❤️ I didn't really need to stretch, because I've always been naturally flexible. But I got into contortion/gymnastics, dance and social media about 2 years ago. I learn tricks pretty easily and I get them after trying a few times. I did make up my own stretches that I think also really help, so you can definitely try some of my stretch routines or tutorials. As for the subscriber part, I just do it for fun and I guess people are interested in my content, but Idk😅 I'll do a Q&A soon! 😊

I'm naturally flexible, so I don't think I "got flexible" I was born with it. But I definitely have done stretches that work really well & are very effective. I was able to do splits and by doing them a few times I got to really extended oversplits. That's why I make tutorials on my channel, which a lot of people have tried and told me they've helped a lot. So I would recommend trying some of my tutorials and stretch routines 💚

I'm not attached to anything. I'm just hanging from the hoop, but I hooked up my top leg on the hoop (in a split) so it's just balance

I have quite a few tutorials for splits, oversplits and leg flexibility as well as hip stretch routines. If you try those you can improve your flexibility and definitely be able to do the clock. But if you really want, I will make a tutorial step by step for the clock💜

Yes pls I’ve been trying at a clock for a while I have left and right splits but I’m still working on middle I can do and over spilt on my right but not my left
