How long can you store 2.5 in a bottle before it stops being effective? Like would you be able to do this bacteria test after storing 2.5 for a week please? I often worry that the 2.5 we keep in a glass spray bottle is ineffective after a week or two.

Thank God for your vid! After reading the book today I saw this cleaning. But it was not clear in what level water we were to use to pour into the green tank so i googled info & found your vid. So glad i watched bc my o rings came off my filter when i took off. Also to know if tank is not empty is valuable. And that we only have to use 1 packet. Yea! Says nothing bout that in the book. Thanks for this great help!

This video is so helpful! I am going to MAUI so I did a water analysis via the Ion Faucet website...purchased the TWO filters they recommended for MAUI, plus a two stage filter system. I set the K8 up to my own bathroom faucet first to practice. It works!! I have a separate suitcase for my K8 and the filtration system. I am taking a few extra connectors for the stainless steel inverter to make sure I have the right one for the faucet at the MAUI condo. BTW, a lot of the kitchen faucets are complicated and don't work with most inverters. Most bathroom faucets are a lot easier to connect the Kangen. I have taken my K8 to Turks & Caicos as well but I have never used the pre-filters so, again, this video is very helpful. And, best part...I never have to purchase water and lug it to my hotel or condo, and when I fill a Kangen water bag and take it out to the pool or beach with me, people ask me about the water all the time. Give it a try!! 😊
