I used loop tools flatten instead of rotating the vertices to make the screen flat. Is it incorrect?

Hii....can you help me.whenever I try to put cloth animation on banner and then try to check it whether it's falling smoothly or not , the whole system hangs, the laptop has to be restarted only then it works .can you help me, tried most of solutions on KZbin but nothing works.we need to forcefully push the power button to close it.Even cannot open end task bar to close the app

@@avneetsingh8958 you have to use GPU in render setting and also change it gpu from property if you are not using . some time the cloth mesh is very high poly that also can cause a problem.
