How is this different from lateral raises?
@hasstahmasebi413820 күн бұрын
The difference between these two exercises lies in the primary muscles they target. I.e., Upright rows focus on the traps and deltoids, especially the upper traps and front deltoids, as you lift the weight along your body’s midline. In contrast, lateral raises place more emphasis on the middle deltoids, helping to create shoulder width and definition by lifting the arms out to the sides. Nice to know 💪 👉As you may know, we move through three planes of motion: ✋Sagittal Plane: Divides the body into left and right, involving movements like squats and lunges. 🫱Frontal Plane: Divides into front and back, allowing side-to-side motions like upright rows and lateral raises, both key for shoulder and trap activation. 🤌Transverse Plane: Divides upper and lower halves, focusing on rotation, like core twists. I hope this helps you understand the difference between this two exercises. Please don’t hesitate to ask me if you need more clarification. Stay tuned for my next exercises.

Yup that’s right! There is a course called “THE ZUU”. In fact, the purpose of this course is to teach people how to incorporate Animal Flow into their training workouts. I usually do some of these movements prior to my Leg Workout. Like you mentioned, it’s great for agility, coordination, flexibility, strength.
