They sound very similar, the small difference we hear is in the mic positions, which are not the same. But the Se7 has much more gain noise

mic position is as close as possible , and yes gain noise is different !

bello, peccato per l'interfaccia decisamente limitata. Un xr a livello di equalizzazione, ed effetti fa di piu' spendendo molto meno e pilotando il tutto via app...

Io purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza sulla lunga durata: ce l'ho avuto per circa due anni, dopodiché prima dell'inizio di una serata, il sistema ha smesso di colpo di funzionare, se non con ricevitore e trasmettitore a pochi cm di distanza. Impossibile da riparare. Buttato via tutto e ho smesso di comprare sistemi economici, purtroppo con gli IEM chi più spende, meno spende. Mi sono un po' sacrificato e ho comprato Shure PSM300. Completamente un altro mondo.

@@aleciesse urco ! Mi dispiace :( concordo che in generale di solito spendendo qualcosa in più si ha sicuramente più qualità! Tutto sta anche nel rapporto qualità prezzo e sulla manutenzione !

@@albertoziliottomusic Purtroppo il problema di marchi che costano "relativamente" poco sta proprio nel discorso assistenza/riparabilità. Questi in particolare sono poi fatti nell'ottica di essere molto piccoli e portatili e quindi zero viti e tutto "embedded". Forse per gli stessi prezzi gli preferirei qualcosa tipo l'Audio-Technica System 10, perlomeno hanno una storia tecnologica più rinomata. Ovviamente sempre opinione personale.

I am using these two devices on the same box. I use the Pream Heritage 73 JR II for recording, and I use the IGS One La 500 for compression during the mixing process. However, I cannot turn off the IGS One La during recording, and the VU meter light remains on. Will this have any negative impact on the IGS One La? I only use it after recording is finished

Same thing , meters on IGS are always working but the bypass switch is bypassing electronic circuit , I got tubes to replace ane that switch completely bypassed compressors !

i was about to buy the km184 based on this video but noticed they have km185? which one would you recommend for classical guitar or violin solo?

Hey! Thanks for watching, i've never tryed km185 , the 184 is like a "standard" mic, so it depends , km184 on piano maybe sounds more midrange focus than se7 , consider also a couple of se8 !

Neumann is brighter but more standard. Se 7 more muffled, more interesting. Less produced. But bassy. Im looking into the even bassier Se 7 X. Also km 184 is ~600 dollars/euro/pounds per mic. Se7 and 7X are like 100.
