How i remember my London. Brings back so many memories

In the 70’s we used to go to the Imperial on a Sunday lunchtime to watch Jim .. he was hysterically funny but could also make that old piano talk .. it was a great time back then .. he was tremendously popular and great fun .. his insults were legendary but no one minded being the butt of his fierce wit .. you felt privileged to be picked on and boy could Jim pick lol 😂 great days sadly gone forever 😩

I used to see Jimmy regularly at the Imperial Crown. Seems like a life-time ago. People would buy him drinks & put them on the top of his piano. He would hold the drink in the air & say, " Did u trip up on the way back from the bar?" He was so funny & very talented. Great entertainment for the price of a few drinks. Those were the days. I was only a teenager back then.. I will be 63 soon, so goodness knows how old he is now.
