Hello and fantastic training episode- I am just getting into pickling and heard you mention I could leave these jars on my counter? I thought I had to refrigerate? I am using quart Ball canning jars and cooking eggs, onions and sausage then filling jars with cooked Apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tablespoons of pickle seasoning with a tablespoon of salt - not a fan of the salty flavor but do I need It for preservation? Maybe what I’m doing is good enough to put these jars in my cabinet. Thank you for your help BobbyD🙏

My Nan used to make a lot of homemade pickles and she had this funnel specifically for mason jars, it sat in the opening but was significantly bigger on top to make pouring and ladling into the jars a breeze. Would work awesome for your brine spillage🤣. I think they are called canning funnels

I loved the video and the lesson regarding Lamas and Alpacas! There is a farm on Martha's Vineyard that has both and knowing more about these beautiful creatures is great! I like this guy that did the video - he comes across as a kind, caring, lama and alpaca owner!! I will check in again!

I think that buying a Llama from you is a win - win for someone like me and my son's! I am currently healing from a leg injury but after watching your videos I am convinced that my wife and I and our two youngest teenage sons may look you up for a summer trip to backpack Idaho. We don't want to go on a cruise or anything like that, so I am going to propose this idea to my family. We live in New Mexico, and it is very similar to Idaho in certain places! Thanks for this video!

I've been watching your videos for a while now and I'm so impressed with your ability to work with the Llamas. It obvious you and your wife have a solid understanding of of each other and the work that goes into to this business. I'm sure it isn't easy or simple to work together. I know this from experience. My wife and I worked together for 20 yrs. in law enforcement and there are times that we got on each other's nerves (lol) but that happens in every partnership! Because the Llamas leave such a small trace on the trail and they work so well backpacking, have you considered or made any attempts to sell this Llama idea to the United States Forest Service? The use horses and mules to pack, but as you well know they can really damage the trail especially when they are using several mules at once. When I worked for the Forest Service that was my favorite task, packing and riding! I'm sure that it's crossed your mind so if you have disregard my idea! GREAT JOB!
