This traditional festivities, reminded me of my grandpa, who raised Pigs, Goats and chickens on his own, and when all the family came together in special occasions like Christmas or Easter, he would slaughter some of the animals to provide for his whole family. He was an excellent sausage maker and incredible with the Grill and the spit. I still remember his sausages with orange shreds and sweet paprika and the amazing Kokoretsi. Unfortunately i will never experience this again as my grandpa died and non of his Kids or Grandkids cared to learn about this things, we were all busy city people. Now his house, which he build with his hands on a rock above a Cliff presenting a dreamy scenery , stands empty echoing the voices of happier times. Pops thanks for all this wholesome memories one day we will make kokoretsi in heaven

Dobrze robicie Bracia Słowianie. Dzięki temu jesteście zdrowi. Trzymajcie jak najdalej UE od swoich wsi. U nas w Polsce już byśmy mieli na karku Policje, Prokurature, SANEPID, Inspekcje Weterynaryjną, Powiatowego Lekarza Weterynarii, zawistnych sąsiadów, władze gminy itd. I każde z nich chciało by karać.
