How does Gov. H's signing of the "ADUs By Right" law affect the recommended "affordable" housing percentage? Would these be considered for the recommended amount?

1:08 If you want this to be a safe shared street, why design it like a highway? The straight and flattened design with large clear zones gives the impression to drivers that they should go really fast here. Narrow streets which have traffic calming elements like bollards, curb extensions, and traffic circles are what actually provide a safe shared space.

Sharrows are not infrastructure. Paint is not infrastructure. This doesn't make the street safer, it only gives a false sense of safety. The only way to keep cyclists safe is to slow down drivers by narrowing the street. This way the drivers need to pay more attention, and unconsciously drive more slowly.

There is a housing crisis for minority and low income housing in Mass. It’s going to be great to play with in town zoning. Once you regulate more ; you will increase the prices. This is liberal fantasy. Good luck !! Blind leading the blind.

Hi Sir I visited your KZbin channel for last couple of days and found your KZbin channel and video content very nice. But your video views, likes, comments, shares, subscribes are relatively less. Because your video is not SEO. KZbin advises if you publish your video by doing SEO, then KZbin will quickly make your video viral and reach your target audience, which will increase your video views, likes, comments, subscribe and from there you can earn passive income.

Fantastic film! 👏🏼 This watershed / area is so beautiful and important that we conserve, strengthen and support its ecosystem. I’d love to see about helping with studies and or learning more about what can be done. 💧🦆🐟🐢🌿

Shocked about comments about the grant from Greg. Misrepresenting the facts!!! Also concerned about comments about the composition of the BOH. The FinCom is not commenting on why the BOH needs the health agent, as presented by Paula Filias to them. The FinCom is disregarding all that!!! Fee increase alone us not the abswer

Terrible discussion-purely based on money and saving$ - not even looking at the content and requirements of such a position. BOH is heavily understaffed, and struggled during the pandemic. Comments about the grant from Greg do not reflect the reality of the grant, which was highly

Let the business have the outside. Your adding behind the town hall spaces snd s walkway. You are adding outside space for sidewalks too…dining outside a good thing ! This will only benefit the town and revenue for the town. It’s a good thing !

Thank you so much for this wonderful video. Sawmill Brook holds a very significant place in my life. As a toddler living on Norwood avenue in the early 1950s, I wandered off one late winter day. Fortunately, my dog followed me down behind Magnuson’s Greenhouse, where I slipped on the bank and fell into Sawmill Brook, then swollen by snowmelt. Thankfully, I was wearing a snowsuit, and the trapped air within provided enough buoyancy to keep me afloat on the surface. The waters carried me alongside the playground field, the dog following my progress and barking from the bank. It happened that, providentially, a visitor from New York was walking along Norwood Avenue, heard the dog, saw me floating downstream, and fished me out just before I would have been swept under the road and into the woods beyond. These somewhat extraordinary set of fortunate coincidences are the only reason I can write these words, having just turned 70. Kevin Flatley Oakmont, Pennsylvania
