Madam, be it ayurveda or homoeopathy, they too work on certain principles. Both the systems have worked wonders in cases where allopathy was less beneficial. Pcos management needs a life style change agreed.

Great information, if everything goes well this should do the job. But listen, there's one factor that's usually overlooked that can considerably speed up the process, unfortunately I do not have it at hand, but it can be go’ogled Dobbie Nerkstrol's Infertility Cure, I think.

Well, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.

Nalini kaul is a fake doctor, she sold my embryos after taking 3 lac rupees from me, her one ivf costs 5 lac rupees but her sheet says 3 lac per ivf, she has a lot of hidden charges, she is running a sex determination centre too where she tell the sex of child as well as she don’t have any equipment to perform ivf, she is totally depend on other hospitals where patients have to pay double for everything because of her commission, her staff is precisely uneducated don’t know how to speak after getting most part of the fees she deny to meet with patients to prove how much she busy with your money and her interns treat patients like a servant.

☝️☝️☝️ Truly, natural remedies do work. If they didn't, we wouldn't have used them for thousands of years. And, pharmaceutical companies wouldn't be studying plants, taking extracts of them, and patenting them as drugs. This is not a claim or lies I was cured of PCOS, and my friend was also cured of Chronic UTI by Dr. Egobe herbal medicine in case you are having any health challenges you can contact him and also get a cure too, through him you can get pregnant and have your baby. Keep in touch with him through his WhatsApp number here ☝️☝️

Thank you for the most useful discussion of Vitamin D that I've ever seen. It sounds like people with high BMI or body fat may not only need a higher intake of Vitamin D as Dr. Menon mentioned, but also a higher base "healthy" level. So someone with healthy BMI should have 20ng/mL while someone who is obese should have more. As Dr. Menon also mentioned, there is so much disagreement on "healthy" levels of Vitamin D, to say 20ng/mL would probably even depend on the assay(s) used in the "study". I also wonder if it makes sense for the ordering doctor to have an ongoing partnership with the assay-based diagnostics provider so that trends analysis is more accurate and meaningful. This could create a host of problems related to competition and pricing, but if the test types and protocols were standardized with regular update cycles, this problem might be solved. Question, I read elsewhere that it's important to administer Vitamin D at night because it may cause tiredness or sleepyness. I know this probably only applies to self-administration since doctors offices are typically only open business hours. But has Dr. Shetty or anyone else noticed anything about this? Lastly, what does Dr. Menon take for calcium and vitamin D that's not milk? Thanks!

I take womens Horlicks - it is fortified with D and 1000 mg calcium/ 30 gm or so. This is because I like Horlicks(you can use othr preperations fortified with calcium), calcium from food is far better absorbed than from tablets.

God kept this relation between vitamin D levels & ovulation in women. So that whenever a girl is not exposed to sunlight for more than 2 years she cant run her menstrual cycle.

Why doctors wont test for vitamin D in pcos patients ? Hormonal imbalance in the Initial stage can be cured by clearing vitamin d deficiency.

HBA1C is not accurate in pregnancy, is it?
@thepcossocietyindia3 жыл бұрын
HbA1c is a 3 month average, therefore, insufficient to make a diagnosis of GDM or manage GDM on a day to day basis. It does help to determine glycemic control for a known diabetic who gets pregnant, assists in differentiating if hyperglycemia is due to T2DM or GDM in early pregnancy and gives an idea of overall glucose levels in pregnancy. - Dr. Piya Ballani Thakkar
