I love Ocean, that's my Hotel of choice. I was there Mother's Day weekend and heading there tomorrow. I went to Kelsey and the music was awesome, the food was ok. I love the location as I like the quiet and looking out at the Ocean. There is so much to do in AC now besides gambling.

Hi Natasha. This is a good thouhtful review. I agree with you that there is too much choice , referring to the food. We have stayed twice at akumal and love it. As soon as we arrive, we book our a la cartes for our 2 week stay. Using the main restaurants for breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend this hotel. We think its the best value hotel in the riviera maya.
