@@themoviescene58 with original actor missing it only becomes an original spin off which takes its elements from previously successful series. With the current condition of film making, having a women boss lead has shown to have drastically decrease the numbers of willing audiences, take mcu/disney for example. Also people r going to turn up to watch john wick franchise to continue only to find a potential solo spin off starred by ana de armas who isn't that great of an actress.(mind you she is beautiful and talented even, but when comparing to keanu reeves and the likes; her acting falls down the bar set up by a better and more experienced actor. Directors and producers can salvage it though but i still dont find any postive reaction that this movie might incur. I like keanu reeves and ana armas both, but it'll be decided by audience whether its going to work out or not. Till now, i will go so far to say we are all tired of having female leads with no genuine plot and emotional impact to relate with.
