Hii chef, I want to ask one thing that as I told you I'm selected for final competition so, I've to make an appetizer from Maggie white/red sause mix powder or coconut powder. So, I'm confused what can I make...do you have any idea or any dish regarding this ingredients.

Ok, bit wild idea but can attempt crepe/ pancake by using coconut power mix. Add filling by using red sauce and veg or meat and finish by white sauce.

Be careful here. The staff overcharges or purposely bills you for merchandise that you have only asked for .. if you don't check your bill forget it then... The staff then passes the overbilled items through their known acquaintances and it's gone. Be very careful in Mumbai duty free for even if you complain on toll free number only when you follow up they respond back and post they agree it takes 15 days for refund. I have gone thru this so be beware . Best don't buy anything for here for I myself have doubt on quality with these duty free shops in india atleast
