You can put it in the washer on hot and then put it in the dryer and it’ll be even much more tapered. Then you can turn it inside out and use the towel to iron it out a little bit the way you want it, but steam it

@@peytonroyals I’ve only had the deluxe Magnoli bullwhip before. I’m not sure about the roohide one seeing as they mostly make whips for belt hangers.

Hi Rusty. Is an 8ft economy whip lighter than an 8ft leather bullwhip? In some videos it looks like it takes some effort in cracking.

@@jeffreywoltz5547 Yes, it is much lighter than a leather whip. I did have to use a little more effort in this video since mine is a couple years old. These Economy bullwhips also have no braided bellies inside which also make them lighter.

@@jeffreywoltz5547 Thanks for asking! Most of the time I’d say stay off Ebay and buy from a maker with a website and a brand. Most ebay whips aren’t constructed very well and don’t crack well either. Sometimes a listing appears of a well known maker, but that is rare occurence.

@ Rusty Bullwhips - Thomas' Harrison Fedora's are 100% Rabbit. His Handcrafted Fedora's on the other hand are 100% Portugese Beaver. I own both. My Harrison is my favorite! I have reshaped it to a more subtle downward curl on the sides, causing the back to lay flat (reference photo of Harrison and Sean next to each other from Last Crusade) His work is fantastic and his hats are hot sellers! (He is currently out of stock!! LOL!!!)

Would you choose the Adventurer or Federation IV if you were only getting one? The Adventurer is 5.5 height and the Fed IV is 4.5 - is that correct?

The Harrison isn't expensive because it's factory made & shaped by hand by Thomas. His bespoke hats are the expensive ones

CONGRATULATIONS! Your jacket is absolutely gorgeous. I'm a big fan of Wested. Unlike fashion jackets, these are made to actually last. I bought two dial of destiny jackets. One I weathered, the other I did not. When I saw the dial of destiny, Indi retired, I retired also. I felt I deserved a retirement gift, and the gift was the two jackets. The dial of destiny jacket is amazing. Thick, but unbelievably soft! The pantina that these jackets can have when wearing, and weathering them is fantastic! Again congratulations on getting the most accurate Raiders of the Lost ark jacket you can possibly buy!! Can't wait till fall / winter!
