Just played Cleveland with my Bears in my 2023 Bears replay with the Strat-O-Matic PC football game. They were a solid team last year. Especially defensively.

really enjoyed this rematch, just as much as the draw in the original fight. I think these 2 fights went how I think (IMO) they would have fared IRL. Arguello an awesome fighter and tactician would have frustrated Duran in an opening match up. But once Duran was able to "size up" his opponent, he would start to assert his "Machismo" and take control. Great fight, maybe not as suspenseful as the 1st, but still extremely enjoyable. Loved it!

@@MultiChillidog Thanks! Appreciate your thoughts. That first fight was definitely one of the best fights I've ever had. I like your analysis on the second fight. It makes total sense. At that weight Duran was at the peak of his powers.

Thanks Kevin! Tom is retired now from making any new seasons but he does still offer the game for sale. I think it is still $49 for everything he has created over the years. Sorry Kevin, I was out of town all last week. I do not use the computer manager, only using the infield depth, which I set to automated. I use the column 4 & 6 rerolls, the chart amendments, the home field rare play advantage, the column 4 DP divot, and the column 5 action rerolls. I use the batters faced for pitcher endurance and the relief pitchers option. I also combine the pitcher hold and the catchers arm for base stealing and the 3rd base coach automated charts and outfield arm adjustments.

To get set #3 to update, you have to clear out the files in the Update folder. Then when you unzip set #3 into the Update folder, you should be able to use the Update function on the opening screen to get the updated fighters. Apologies for not being more specific but I’m not near my gaming PC.
