Hi Sophie, great video! I originally bought the handheld version (LightStim) a decade ago. It takes more time to cover the entire face but has definitely helped with anti-aging over the years. It is good for "spot treatment" before leaving the house if I have a pimple since it brings down the redness pretty quickly. I now have the Omnilux mask, but more interesting (IMO) is the use of red light therapy for the overall health of the body. I'm recovering from mold toxicity (I was poisoned by a building) and I use the TheraLight 360 Pro Red Light Therapy Bed. It will remind you of a tanning bed... but so amazing for healing the body. It only costs $120k 😂... seriously wish I could own one and use it every day. It provides same benefits for whole body skin and hair.

Japanese REALLY take care of their stuff, that’s why all the gear in The many second hand shops is looking great. In September, I went to 30+ second hand shops in Tokyo, won’t mention the names here. Before the plandemic when i shopped there , i swear it was half as cheap as now. All the foreigners know about it now and they really jacked up the prices.

Gentle Monster is huge in Asia. They make really trendy glasses and specifically made so they fit Asian noses, because Asian people have a more narrow nose bridge I think. They do many collaborations and they’re going viral all over the world atm
