So many of today’s players are exactly what Singletary is describing. Too many players like that and no coaches like Singletary and I just don’t watch the games very much anymore.

I'd argue Harbaugh doesn't have quite the same success without Singletary competely demolishing the toxic culture of losing first.

There's always some background angle. He was a peerless M.L.B. and field general. He sounds sincere but the sport doesnt have much value anymore

I know they didn’t do a lot of winning with Singletary at the helm, but the identity of hard hitting, disciplined football was the catalyst for them making the SB when Harbaugh stepped in with a lot of the same players
