I bet this downtime is strictly because of the "Festival Of The Holidays" but Disney intentionally didn't say that to make people THINK it was going away forever which I'm sure is NOT the case,. I bet by the 2nd Friday in January it will be back if not the day b4 then.

not just a band.... the best of the disneyland resort house bands. tomasina herslf is the star,but she's always backed by top notch musicians. if they don't continue live music at dca after the food and wine festival i hope they move it back to tomorrowland where it belongs.
