TMI. A counselor, therapist, or your significant other are the only individuals that should hear this. It’s personal and very likely can result in more resentment, distrust, and heartache.

Based on what you said, you did the right thing! And marriage is no way of life for the weak, the selfish, or the immature! But when it comes to divorce, there is no winning; only degrees of losing! I think you will eventually get through it and end up a better person! I hope you do! And I wish you bona fortuna!!

The hour in the bathroom was the first sign for me. Then the tantrums over ridiculous crap. He yelled at me and made me cry because of the food i ordered at the drive through not having chicken in it even though it had nothing to do with his own damn food. Blamed me for him sleeping in one time too many and getting fired from his job yet i stayed with him the next year he was jobless and relying on others to pay him for needs and his drugs. Dumps me then wants me back then dumps me. Eventually just did nlthing but insult me and degrade me essentially being on his high horse even though he still lives with his mom and blows everything on his drugs. It's too draining being with someone like that . I used too for abput a year while with him but stopped before it began to screw up my personality and relationships.

I admire you for sharing your abuse story, and having the courage to stand up for your boys through divorce. We dealt with addiction in our family it steals the person you love away. It's the worst.

Someone I know just went through this. From the outside, they seemed like the perfect couple... Anyway, I remember stumbling across this video years ago. Before they could sell the house, they had to pay over $30k to bring in a crew to clean the residue because he had been smoking it inside the house. Sorry to comment on such an old video. I'm glad you're happy now.

So sorry. I know how it feels to leave the love of your life. You had to do what is best for your family. It is a shame. Lots of us have had to do this. Personalities are hard wired into us so change is rare.

This kind of video can get you in a lot of legal trouble. I would delete it. What will you do if he comes after you for defamation of character and publicity shit talking him? If he makes a video about you, what are you going to do?

I’ve been going back and forth if I really wanted to risk washing them. Not worried about shrinking as it will just tighten the fabric back up on the cushions that get sat on the most. My thing is the zippers damaging the other cushions , coming loose , etc. I seen a comment on here someone said zip them up before you wash . Simple , smart , but never crossed my mind . Maybe helps someone else debating for the same reason

Signs, of cheating, ladies: (not of drug abuse.) suddenly Working out, changing hair style &/or clothing style, changing music taste, or extra curricular interests (without you) taking more interest in their appearance and maybe changing soap/cologne or wearing it when they didn’t used to bother. Taking a shower right away when coming home when they didn’t before. Becoming moody. Eventually telling YOU you’re crazy and imagining things when you begin to question things. Less time for you/kids. Unexplained spending. Phone calls ‘in private’. Being possessive of his phone or when on a computer. Obviously catching him in lies… Addiction is so horrible. I wish people just would never start in the first place.

Wow. "Suddenly Working out, changing hair style &/or clothing style, changing music taste, or extra curricular interests (without you) taking more interest in their appearance and maybe changing soap/cologne" All of these are things I might do. It could also simply mean that you're living with a person who hasn't turned into a piece of meat who's living on autopilot already.

You were trusting. Why wouldn’t you be? He was ur husband & father of your children. I was the same. :( They take it out on us bc they r struggling with their betrayal or trying to convince themselves that it’s our fault somehow. They want it to be. My Mom said they change once you have little ones. They want your attention back that u have to give to the children. They are like children. So, so selfish and self centred.
