Background: On September 2023, an amount was transacted from my credit card to Skrill. The bank charged me a 10% interest rate on all transactions. Due to this, my credit card limit of 70,000 Rs. went into an overlimit situation. I registered a complaint about this for the first time. Unfortunately, the bank continued to apply the interest charges every month. Recently, on 06/06/2024, the bank deducted 60,000 Rs. directly from my debit salary account without any prior notification. Additionally, when I had opened the Skrill service on my credit card, the bank representative had clearly stated that there would be no interest charges on this transaction. Please have access on the call recordings with representative as evidence of this conversation. Impact: The unexpected deduction has left me in a difficult financial situation, affecting my ability to support my family. As of now, a total of 60,000 Rs. has been debited from my account. Resolution Request: I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter. Please provide a detailed breakdown of the charges and the interest applied. Considering my financial constraints, I propose a payment plan: I can pay Rs. 5000 from my salary every month until the outstanding amount is settled. Immediate Action Required: I urgently need the deducted amount of 60,000 Rs. refunded to my account. Please acknowledge this email and provide a timeline for resolution.
