Del L/Del phidot won't be zero, it will be (mr²omega sin²theta) as phidot = omega Therefore, the Hamiltonian will be m/2(ŕ² + r²omega²sin²theta) + mgrcos(theta).

Actually I'm taking height from the ceiling from where pulley is hanged . Actually in question,the height is +x and +h ( we measure height from the ground) so now I take the ceiling as a ground and +ve direction downward. More clear I'll send voice note in the WhatsApp group
