2 things: First is a question: why no sieger? Genuine question as it helps infinity beat over 4100 atk (your own kaiju if for some reason you cant get rid of it) Second thing: I highly recommend putting vimana in atk mode going first because we arent afraid of lightning storm in DL (yet) and if opponent attacks infinity or vimana while they are in attack position its other quick effect becomes useful: you can detach nova from infinity for its omni negate and then vimana attaches the nova to boost infinity or vimana atk to 3150 or 3350

@rayrowltom Reply to the first: I wanna play seiger, but I have no space for it. I can take out 1 copy of rampage for a seiger, but I technically don't need seiger. If you grant infinity the atk boost, then you will most likely not OTK because seiger loses its atk damage for infinity. But magnaleger? It's definitely OTK if what you need is a simple pop (which is usually the case). Reply to the 2nd: I've been hit with droplet so many goddamn times that i know for a fact that putting everything all out attack is a terrible idea most of the time. Your vimana's atk goes by half + it's negated, and this will make it super easy for the opponent to OTK me. Some people put everything all out attack like you for example, others, play it super safe and super defensive (in case of common droplets), me, i just go in between, lol. Vimana in Defense, infinity in attack.

Is the mirror matchup winnable going second if you have no handtraps (veiler or droll) and opponent gets full combo off? (infinity + vimana+ overflow set) Appreciate any tips, also for going in second overall, thanks for the decklist and video

@zanet5727 The builds that are popping off lately play sometimes triple overload fusions. It's actually incredible as it allows you to effectively go 2nd without too much hassle. They also tend to play 1 overflow and 1 cyberload (they use cyberload to "extend" after baiting all the backrow with the first rampage) If you checked some of the replays here, I probably lost every mirror game going 2nd because it's simply too much to handle. If you end up opening droll or veiler, it MASSIVELY helps you going 2nd in the mirror. Otherwise, you have to rely on them bricking.

Chiv the GOAT does it again! Congrats man. How was droll for you btw? I tried it last month in Odd eyes but usually it was useless because opponent either didn't care ,or they opened everything anyway and didn't need to draw more to win so i switched to veiler and it worked much better

I honestly do use the 2nd nova quite often im ngl. It's playable with only 1 nova, definitely, but I can't guarantee you if it's the best thing ever...

I also tried to climb with Raidraptors this month and couldn’t do it. Too difficult. I ended up using Time Thief instead. But Raidraptors are still one of my favorite archetypes

@@Itadori120 you probably activated one of fuzzy lanius's effects at some point during your combo. Fuzzy lanius locks you into raidraptors only if you use any of his effects.

@nu3432 i only played 2 copies of blizzard for 3-4 games, then decided to switch back to 2 cosmics instead for a more general backrow removal against some of the archetypes you commonly see on ladder (unchained, sky striker, samsara, super poly in zombies, shaddoll schism, occasional tachyons, etc..). Cosmic worked slightly better for me. If you hate getting eclipsed all the time, blizzard is the way👍 It's honestly a gamble. You either play blizzard but lose to backrow decks, or play cosmic and eat the eclipse with pride lol

@Leon_TheSurvivor if you have mimicry, search strangle. If you have strangle, search mimicry. Your RUM quickplay also "acts" as a monster because the skill allows you to switch it with any monster you want. Your chances are good of opening either one

Destroying your own trap seems a bit wasteful though. The interruptions this deck has on turn 1 are very limited so I like to keep Unbreakable Mind as a possible form of disruption for at least a turn. The way I prefer to do it has you ending on a second Force Strix, with RUM Launch, Unbreakable Mind and the counter trap, with enough cards to banish to make Air Raid on the opponent's turn. It's not a true one card combo but the deck has enough extension to where that rarely matters.

@gravethestampede3454 After you use the negate trap, you can then mill heel via tribute, then banish heel to grab back the negate trap again, and use it again. You can play it, you can take it out. It's up to you👍
