This is a good video. However, it also shows a most dangerous setup: props facing hands while working on the system. They're even powered up once! No, no, no. Either remove props or at least face the aircraft away from people and digits! Finally, you omit some critical steps: How to copy model from one TX to another. Simple enough once you've done it, but for the rookie, it's not that easy. Next, you have to import the model into the trainer before you can choose it from "model select". Finally, does one choose "Programmable Master" or "Pilot Link Master"? There's a difference.

Old vid, Why do you have such large amounts of Trim? Should have adjusted the plane so you would have the intended surface movement beyond what was indicated..

On my DX 6 e The spring tension adjustment does not do a heck of a lot and your video should've included a warning because the screws that change the tension they never put a cap on it so that you cannot destroy your radio… Yes destroy it. If you're trying to loosen the spring tension you have a risk of turning too far the screw will follow all the parts inside will fall apart and then good luck taking this radio apart to repair it… My recommendation is three rotations only to be on the safe side and probably better off to not touch them at all. The ones for the ratcheting work better because you can actually feel it so you can go for that… But it's a dangerous thing if you're not careful and listen it's really easy to just not be careful one extra turn in your radio turns into scrap

Great job, what I needed to know. I was leery to mess with those adjustments because I got too enthusiastic with my last radio and broke the spring leaving the throttle at 50% all the time. Mind you I did get used to it. Anyhow, mostly flying helicopters. I certainly don’t want a ratchet throttle so again thank you very much.

Wow I was thinking about getting something similar but this is a deal breaker. There is a flying field that is an hour drive from my house so I would have to drive an hour just to fly 10 minutes or so max then drive home because there is no way in hell I would stick around long enough to charge it again.

Hey mine stays blue but doesnt charge

It just doesn't seem like a good business plan to waist people's time with such an incapable charger for entry level rtf packages. I wonder how many people loose interest in the hobby because they hardly ever get to fly because it takes so long to get a battery charged. Plus you can't charge any other brand of lipo with it. Charge 15 more bucks for the rtf and at least send the S150 lipo charger.

how many channel is this radio

Do you remember how this one stalls? Just got myself o e of these and it falls through heavily to the left when applying elevator and letting it stall. Wondering if this is normal or not for this model since most 3d planes have much calmer stalls. I also need to apply quite a bit of downwards elevator when on knife edge.

Hi Do you know what to do if the screws of the throttle tensions and clicking have been to much unscrewed (stick is falling down with gravity whatever tighten the screws are ) ? I opened the transmitter and did not find solution to re-engage the screws... Thank you

Pulled up too soon in the loop..

I found the gear to be toed out and 3 of the 4 set screws were stripped but I did manage to get them out and filed the slots to add toe in tracks down the runway without spinning out now, seems like that could have been done before it was sold . Every one seems to complain about that issue. Flys very nice and not that hard to land
