i do believe the average to use for carbon parts is 7 but as it is a door panel 5 should do

What did you use to secure it to the car? Did you transfer the clips to the backside of the finished product or get creative?

The screw heads you see on the back of the bumper connect to the original internal plastic (I think) bumper. This was heavily lightened though.
