this is bull shit.... she doesn't know how to configure even a basic routing protocol i.e. RIP. The newbie in this video has advertised every available network. While in RIP we only advertise the directly connected network..... useless class

When to use crossover cable in packet tracer? The older platforms assumed that PC would connect to bridge or switch using straight through cable and the bridge/switch would connect to router using straight through cable. And on these older platforms if you want to connect PC directly to router then you need cross over cable.

why do we have to assign ip address to devices in switching techniques? why not use mac address alone?
@YashkykАй бұрын
using ip u can communicate with devices which are from other networks
@ianmoone919927 күн бұрын
@@Yashkyk So i only have to asign ip if i want to communicate outside of the switchnetwork? If i only want to send from and to the 2 pc in the video i could use only MAC?

Thank you for your videos. Networking has been my biggest struggle to understand even after getting certified in Network+. Networking is a very complex topic and I do not have a lot of hands-on, but watching your videos with these labs really helps me understand the overview of what I need to know to figure it out
