Love chad, I first met him when I was 14 in 2004 at youth retreat called Camp paradise. He prayed over me to received the Holy Ghost. That day my life was changed forever and still till this day I carry the Holy Spirit with me 🙏🏻❤️

I feel like they should have a person who has attempted suicide or suffers from chronic suicidal ideations on this episode. I've struggled with this for over 25 years, attempted twice, and it is EXHAUSTING! I'm considering having Electro Convulsive Therapy, I didn't know they still do this practice, but they do. After my second attempt I had an amazing religious experience that proved He is out there watching over me. But, I am still desiring this madness? Ugh. I'm going to see a neuropsychologist because I wonder if I have Traumatic Brain Injury from a crash where I flipped 3 times. I accepted Jesus years ago after being atheist for years. I will say that exercise, going outdoors for walks, being grateful for things I do have, and talking to others does help, particularly the national suicide hotline has helped a lot. My mind just goes there to suicide, sometimes for no reason at all. Maybe loneliness, or shame, or beating myself up too much, yes these are some of my poisons. Beating myself up is probably the biggest. I'm not going to hurt myself but the mental anguish is going to lead me to sad places and I just wish it would end. Take care everyone and I hope everyone on here gets the joy in their life that they need.
