This solution will not damage the CTL layer. Do apply even pressure when cleaning with a soft cloth and do not expose the drum to light for extended period of time. Cover the drum with black paper or dark piece of cloth before and after installing it into the drum unit.

Have sent your company 2 emails now and have had no response. Pity your website does not have an easy online shopping cart with a roller & chip set for purchase. I'd really love to buy bulk toner for the Xerox DocuColor 250/252 and have sent you emails and gotten no response. You would think if your trying to sell this stuff you would have a shopping cart, after all most of the shopping carts are free to download and use. Maybe your just trying to tease us.
