stats screen usb device conflict/power draw, can you try the pc without it? even though you didn’t experience issues immediately after installing the stats screen, it could be drawing too much power or conflicting with other devices assuming your psu is not that reliable. your gpu and cpu temperatures are relatively low (65°c and 55°c), there could still be a thermal issue or other power limitations causing instability under load. check if your power limits (cpu, gpu, etc.) are being reached. ensure your cooling solution is still functioning properly

have you format it already? install windows in it, clear cmos, assuming your pc doesn't have any other drives that has windows in it then the mobo should select that new m2 as boot drive

@MacCoyzkie i figured it out, so to anwer your question safe doesnt work, nor any form of booting, if i tried that id take like 20-25 mins and give me a blue screen, then i tried unplugin my 1tb hhd, and sadly that solved it, so the problem was my hhd, probably dead (i have 2 hhds, tried unpluging and booting the pc seperatly, and it resulted that the 1tb is dead
