This is in response to the comments about connecting peony growers with other food suppliers for refrigeration facility sharing. The Alaska peony season is generally from end of June until end of August. I am not aware of any peony cooler that is also set up for freezing. If peony growers did share their facilities most would need to re-think their risk management and liability practices.
