I was diagnosed with highline grade 4 trans sphincteric fistula I was very worried I got appointment on call of dr. I am suffering from fissure and now its been 1 month … i am doint cits bath and using boroplus ointment inside …. For a day its was hurting but then i can feel the wound is getting better …… but not completely. Doctor can u please help me with some medication or suggestions please 🙏🏻

Start 1)Tab Anoac H 12hrly for 15days 2)AnoSpray ( Spray it over anus from a distance of 10-15Cm just like perfume. Use it before passing stools and after passing stools and at night before sleep ) for 15 days 3) Constac Powder 1spoon at night for 15 days And 4) Tab Enzoflam P 12hrly for 5 days
