På jobbet gick vi från flashforge till bambulabs P1S. Vi använder den huvudsakligen till rapid prototyping snarare än funktionella prylar. Printvolymen är inte särskilt stor (250x250x250mm) men det är helt obeskrivligt stor skillnad. Inget pillande, mixtrande eller ändrande av en massa parametrar. Man stoppar i filament, printern läser av RFID-taggen på rullen och anpassar inställningarna, sen är det bara att trycka på 'print'. Plug and play på riktigt! Tänkt typ iPhone fast som 3D-printer. Dessutom är printhastigheten våldsam. Jag har för mig att vi printar typ 4 gånger så snabbt på bambulaben med ett resultat som är långt mycket bättre än flashforge. Jag köpte faktiskt en privat efter detta och har till mitt eget racebilsprojekt, en BMW M3, som håller på att få lite custom delar. Att kunna printa en ny variant för att provmontera på några få timmar är oslagbart. Den printar så fina ytor att jag till och med använder den för att printa formar till tillverkning av prototyper i kolfiber. Jag hade definitivt kikat på en sån om du inte känner dig begränsad av printvolymen.

if your petg is peeling up, use glue stick or some of those liquid 3d printing glues, thats what helped me with petg

Lovely build ❤ . been here before but I must have forgot to subscribe. Lucky it just popped up , as things do on YT . Complements on the car guys , kinda weird we all evolve with ideas and different perspectives when building a car like this , lots of pondering and procrastinating, plan changes and the odd Fcuk up . I’m still on with our E36 GTR space frame so feel the pain of a project like this . Hopefully coming in at 850kg and around 700bhp and double wishbone suspension like yours. ( for UK racing not time attack) . Although I hate to admit it your car looks absolutely awesome . I want one ❤. Now to catch up on some content. 👍

Du skulle haft några små garage horor(plattor med hjul undertill, lättare att flytta runt saker. Som hjul dollys till en bil) att sätta ner underdelen på. Annars bra 👍 ät gröten + några kokta ägg vid sidan

det finns märkpennor som är av gel typ men istället för att gå sönder när skruven lossnar kan dom tyvärr lossna ifrån ytan där skruven sitter imot, å då ser man ändå inte om skruven är lös. jag har alltid använt edding 751. tål vatten men är lätt att få bort med brake cleener om man tor bort skruven och behöver göra en ny. edding pennorna är också väldigt lätt att få tag på, brukar finnas på ”kontors/bok” butiker

The best thing I found for marking bolts is called “cross check”. It’s not a pen, it’s more like a gel, but hardens and breaks off if the bolt moves, it’s also a very visible orange color, makes it super easy to check.

If you search for a paint pen, that should give you what you are after. Might also be called a paint marker for you depending on what results come up. Keep up the videos, enjoying them from Australia.

I've found better pedal feel with proper SS solid brake lines than with the PTFE SS lines. Hose will always have a little give, while not much, long lengths of it add up in the pedal especially in high pressure applications.

Safety First. I would change it over to the Nutted style for the safety factor. I build Evo's for TA and they are Nutted, which when an axel goes, you just loose drive, not a wheel.

Thanks man, really nice to hear this comment, as many people think it should be running long time ago. i work full time at a startup so its not 40h weeks its more like 60h weeks with 60 flights last year so all spare time goes to this but we are 2-3 guys working on it so it takes way more time then people think.
