It's not really everything's included, since it's not free. Lennar homes are slightly higher-priced than KB and DR Horton.

LMAO! WHITEST FUCKING NEIGHBORHOOD I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE 😂😂 Honest to god though guys, do not live here. It’s all fake, the houses might look nice, but the people aren’t, I ligit hear gunshots from mountains all the goddamn time. Let’s not forget about the fact that an actual MC is in this neighborhood. I’m not joking, they call themselves the Rock Miners. I have graffiti on my house all the time from kids. Also, in this neighborhood if your colored your gonna get bullied by kids. I have seen kids get beaten on the ground with the other kids screaming racist words at him (the kid getting beaten up was dark skin) I moved out a year ago, I’m living in downtown San Bernardino, which trust me is wayyyy better than here. If you and your family move in here just get ready for how social this place is, always parties always noisy. Do not live here guys, my warning.
