Ross is a total idiot, always has been. It’s not journalism at all.

Yes, cause the English would never show up for work if they didn’t get cut off at 11! :))🍺

Peter Tork came into my shop one afternoon to make some xerox copies. He knew I knew who he was but I didn't say too much about it. I wish I could have asked him a few questions but instead I let him go in peace. He made my day though.

They always said George was "The Quiet (maybe, in their eyes, the most serious) Beatle". They didn't know George very well.
@jwm51654 күн бұрын
That came from their first time in America. The story is, George was recovering from a throat infection of some sort. His doctor had advised him as much as possible, not to speak. So that his voice could be as ready for the upcoming concerts. The TV interview a few days before they started, shows them all speaking up except for George who said very little because of the advice. The press named him the quiet Beatle from that time on.

It just goes to show how people get into a lust for other peoples money and they don't care about the individual, I feel sorry for them, just look how the Beatles handle them self themselves with dignity.

The full programme - these are shortened edits - can be found on my Mixcloud page. You can't provide a link here. Look for Capital Radio - Nicky Horne interview George Harrison 1974 on Bobdebbie. Two parts, with unfortunately some of the music missing and ads but tracks from Bob Dylan, the brilliant Stand for our rights by Gary Wright, and closing with All you need is love with George providing commentary. Superb show.

George ,the beautiful soul,the wise,the awaken. He sought after greater purposes of life and gave music to his inner feelings and revelations in a rock era which was itself a challenging task to do. George is not fully discovered yet.
