Thank you to all people on the comments clarifying what was going on with this clip!!! I literally started the first season yesterday after receiving so many short clips for a while that sold it for me, especially Donna & Harvey’s story, I have limited time to start investing on this show. @@gloriaralls9116 i totally disagree. donna was never a toy, on the contrary, harvey never allowed himself to go after her romantically speaking because he knew she deserved the world and he thought he wasn't enough. he loved her so much he kept her at arm's length until he felt he was ready to be the man she deserved. he may have liked scottie at some point but she never truly understood him the way donna did. scottie wanted him to change and donna loved him for who he was, even with all his flaws she stood by him. that's why it never worked with anyone else, because donna was the one (his words not mine lol)

He should have never kept April a secret at all especially from Lorelai. I hate that she went back and forth to Christopher but I understand that it was comfortable and familiar for her. Christopher should have been a man and just been her friend and not have sex with her when she was upset about Luke not marrying her. I also felt so bad that he kept postponing the wedding. I love that Luke and Lorelai finally got married. I was never a fan of Christopher he was never there for Rory never mind Lorelai.

Lorelai went over to Christopher just to sleep with him him. She didn't go over there for comfort when the hell did he ever do that? All he ever wanted to get into her pants. Lorelai weaponized sleeping with Christopher against Luke. Luke should never had went back to Lorelai he deserved way better. He should have kept looking for his Mrs Right because it definitely wasn't Lorelai.
