Hi for the Gen 3 and Birdy New classic bike, the left pedal (when viewed from the left side of the bike) should be at about 9 to 10 o clock position. Not near 11.

Handlebar bags are attached on the handlebar, as long as any bag you wish to mount on a Birdy folding bike does not impede or obstruct the levers or shift and brake cables, they can be mounted on the Birdy like any other bicycle.

Hi! The Birdy R20 is best suited for fast road riding. If you'd like a Birdy model more suitable for touring, we'd recommend the Birdy Rohloff or Birdy TouringPLUS, both of which use the same frame design. You can find out more about them on the websites in our bio!

Mudguards are not standard on the Birdy, most owners actually do not need or prefer them as one key benefit of the Birdy bicycle is that it can roll on the rear wheel when its folded. Mudguards are available as an add on but will impede the ability of the bike to roll when folded.

We do not usually put mudguards on the bike as the bike can roll perfectly well on the rear wheel when folded. Mudguards are available as an optional add on.

I know that. My question is why are there no “how to fold” video with guards fitted. Reason is because the bikes entire weight is pressed into the guard and can cause the guard to be damaged. Just for owners to be very careful
