He won't because if it is open, it become unusable and in the description he marked that his HDD has No bad sector.

Hello. I have exactly the same computer. I got it when I was a student and even have the invoice. I tried to start it but I think I have to create a starting-floppy disk. I kept a copy of the games I was playing then but cannot find the ms-dos disk. Do you think ms-dos 3.3 should be ok? I would like to sell it later but check forts how it works.

I used an old MS-DOS 6 setup disk for booking, and also to get later into the BIOS. So MS-DOS 3.3 should work fine as well if you want to use this version. There is a big bunch of various versions on WinWorld Library. Unfortunately the NEC D3142 MFM HDD does not spin up, so I can only boot from floppy. Good luck with your one, documents, software media & history attached to the devices are pretty cool to complete the 'time-capsule'

Theoretically it would show here in 256 colours while booting or 16 colours in Windows, but due to the monochrome display it's converted to grayscale. You can set in windows itself to 2-colour black&white, but this is really ugly to see/use...

owned a 760 GLE for 25 years... half of the engine was changed by Volvo , so to say that it’s a “vw” is stupid

@@wizzed_1 List the component differences then? Same block, head, pistons, con rods, crank, pump, injectors. Hell most of it is identical to a 1.6 IDI. Only differences MIGHT be ancillaries, pump settings, cam, and manifolds.

I don't know, have never taken care of it, yet. I can check it out in a few days. The only thing I know my '88 745 M46 OD D24T has a longer gear transmission than my '94 945 M46 OD D24TIC (2.4k RPM vs 2.7k RPM @ ~65 mph)

Deswegen ist die Tatsache so wichtig und nicht auf die leichte Schulter zu nehmen, dass Al Bundy 1966 4 Touchdowns in einem Spiel gemacht hat und den Polk High School Panthers damit zur Stadtmeisterschaft verholfen hat ☝

@@brndnoe33 Ja, das war auch... warte einen Moment...legendär! Football ist wichtiger als die Präsidentenwahl und die anderen Ereignisse in der langen Geschichte dieser "grosser" Nation, wo eine neue Geschmacksrichtung bei der Eiscreme mehr Aufmerksamkeit erregt als ein neuer Gesetzesentwurf. Jedenfalls ist dieser Präsident ein waschechter Amerikaner. Durch und durch nur auf das Wesentliche konzentriert.😁

Hab die Diagnoseboxen bei dem noch nie angerührt, bzw. noch nie richtig wahrgenommen 😜 Bei meinem vorherigem Benziner kam die öfters mal zum Einsatz. Ist wohl für Bordelektronik (ABS, Klimaautomatik, Turbo-Kontrolleinheit, KI und Airbag)
