The only reason why I didn't go manual is because of how much more extensive that project is. If my situation at the moment was a lot more permanent, I definitely would have spent the time doing the manual swap. But the 1480E can also hold 700 ft. Lb of torque

@@olds260 unfortunately the poly engine/trans mounts, ZZP doesn't make anymore. So getting ahold of them is so so hard. However I'm in the middle of swapping to a 4T80e with solid mounts

@@neonpeonu the only other issue I had with mine was a bad smoking issue randomly at idle. I fixed that to. Oil got in the right intercooler from someone over filling the oil. Cleaned that out and it hasn't happened since

You totally could if you want. Will it work? Most definitely. After a proper tune ofcourse. However, I would suggest you change all ur gaskets on the top end first. Especially the head gasket with the .063in one ZZP sells. Better safe then sorry! Run low boost first to see how it likes it and increase over time. I've gotten 32lbs out of mine already

Yeah that’s what I figured. It’s probably a much better way than what I did. I haven’t ran my OBD2 to check for codes since I cleared it though so not sure if it’s still throwing one or not. I’d like to do a full EGR delete but retain my ASV. Just too lazy to pull the EGR cooler and rearrange all the vacuum lines right now honestly 😂

Thanks man, I really appreciate it! It completely deletes the Code associated with the EGR from the PCM. That code will no longer exist.

Of course you can! Most definitely lap valves that are not leaking. That's called preventative maintenance. If you noticed, I lapped all the valves, even the ones that weren't leaking in the first place. 👌

@@The3800Daily it's concerning that it's reading a perfect afr without being plugged in. That's my issue with it. O2 isn't plugged into the gauge at all. It shouldn't read anything. We will see though

We can probably assume that 14.** Is it's default reading when it is not receiving any signal from the O2. When it is getting signal that "point" whatever bounces around a lot. Get it all squared away and let me know what it does. It is kinda curious

Oh the list is very long. But really all u need is a bigger tune 80# injectors, 340LPH pump, 132# valve springs 1.9 rockers and some other things here and there. This is just the minimum to get buy with the twin setup. I'd recommend ARP Head studs while ur putting in a .062in head gasket too

@@The3800Daily thanks man yeah I have a few mods done already and do have a pump waiting to go in, pump is good to 1000hp on regular gas and 600 on e85 I’m just waiting to cam swap and double roll swap it am thinking about the 1.65 rockers for the cam I want with the 135# springs but they appear to be out of stock on zzp rn might pick up the turbo for it as well but idk don’t really want to get rid of my headers I love the way the headers help make it sound and unfortunately I’m not experienced enough to modify the headers to work with a turbo so the bolt on kit is what I would have to go with if I throw a turbo on it as well,, but who knows we will see it is definitely a thought for me

5x115 is the actual lug pattern and it is a very common lug pattern, even chargers and hellcats and challengers have this lug pattern, 5x114.3 will work as well vehicles like the crown Vic has that pattern as well but will fit very tight and you could potentially run into problems with the lugs snapping under heavy load but most ppl do get by for some time running the 5x114.3 pattern so there are really a ton of options for rims for theses cars

Well, it's always worth the reassurance of knowing that you will have good compression and good valves that won't gunk up. Having leaky valves will cause a power loss. It's always good to build ur engine to support the power. Do it right the first time, it's totally worth the wild

Depends on what your wanting to do/how you drive it. If your going to be making a lot of passes the 80e is a good decision. The 4t65 can be built to hold up decent. Imo the split pin cranks are the achilles heel with the 3800s

If your gonna 80e swap it might as well go ahead and do the ls4 as well.

Логика в этом есть, потому что тяжёлые частицы металла никак не высосешь, они останутся лежать на дне и попадут в новое масло. Это же не слив масла из поддона двигателя, где есть полноценная сливная пробка, находящаяся в самой НИЖНЕЙ точке. В этом случае металлическая пудра удалится вместе с сливаемым маслом. У суперчарджера нет полноценной сливной пробки.

О, ок, я понимаю. Да, это имело бы смысл. Внутри двигателя определенно есть места, где могут оседать масло и загрязнения. В моем масляном поддоне было значительное количество серого осадка.

Everything was purchased via ZZPs shop. Egr delete isn't required but it definitely leaves more room to work
