His fiancée is so freaking sweet too. I got to see them sing on stage together, and they are so cute!! I do have videos that I haven't uploaded, I just need to make myself put them up!

I have loved them since I was like 13 maybe 14. I had never been able to see a show! I was at a show they did at Bill's Records and Tapes, it was an outdoor thing, and I was too short to see anything! So I'm super happy that I got to see this show! I just wish the sound had turned out better. It was also super lucky that I even made it to this show! The owner of the venue actually put me and a friend down "on the list", so we didn't even have to pay for tickets!! I still haven't seen them since, but hopefully sometime soon? I've seen him 14 times, and he has played it at several of his shows. I probably have a couple more videos of it, but I usually don't split up his shows, so it might be somewhere in the middle of one of the longer shows. There's a playlist with all of my recordings of him, so far. I actually have 2 or 3 concerts of his that I need to upload. Just saw him live last month, and I told him that he has been an important person to me and for me sticking around, and that he was a hero and an idol to me. He said "you're MY hero!" I was like wow, holy crap. I just said something like "I'm so honored!". He's one of my favorite musicians and just people in general, so for him to say something like that to me, just wow. I actually have a lot of stories about him, lol, but I don't tell a lot, because I would never want to make someone jealous. I have had some amazing moments with more than one of my favorite bands/musicians! Voltaire's birthday show in 2015, definitely unforgettable to me!! Lucky! I've seen them about 25 times though so I can't complain 😂😂😂 plus, I know they will add a show (or maybe 2 nights in a row) in Dallas, but haven't announced it yet. They do that every year 😂😂😂. So I think they'll release dates at some point. He's awesome (as are the rest of the band!) Justin, Ryan, Matt, and Jeremy all know me. Justin tells me he loves me almost every time I see him. 😄 Last summer, I think. My friends and I had a table out this outside venue, I scored the table right up front by Ryan. It was hot AF. Justin knows I always film the shows. The last thing he did before he walked off stage, he grabbed a bottle of water from the stash they keep on stage for them. He took the cap off and threw it somewhere, because I was filming, and I guess he thought I would drink it. Like that's just so considerate!! Anyway, the water was too warm to drink. So I found a cap for the bottle. Went to merch to see him and Ryan after the show. I asked Justin if he would sign the water bottle. So he did, and then looked up at me, we both said "I love you" at the same time!! The only other person I've done that with is my fiancée! I actually have a lot of stories, but I don't tell them a lot. I'm not trying to make anyone jealous! Sometimes people will say, they're a bit jealous, but they also want to hear the stories! 😂😂😂 Thanks for watching and commenting!

@nincure awww great story . I overcame an obstacle myself and saw them by myself. I've been loving them since the early albums but never had a chance. I promised myself I will see them everytime they are near me. The fans are amazing . I never felt alone at all when I saw them. Such a tremendous impact on people who need support through music!!

Hahah, I've never been to DragonCon, but I would love to go to see Voltaire. And I'm not sure if they still play DragonCon, but I would love to see The Crüxshadows again!

He rocks! He's so nice too. He really captures the vibe of Robert Smith! A lot of people (including me) think he sounds so close to Robert that if we were blindfolded we might not be able to tell! I haven't seen them perform in a few years now, pandemic and all that. But I hope to see them again soon. They started in 2009 and I was actually at their very first show! One of my cousins ex-husbands knew the guy who used to play guitar for them, and thought I would like to go see them. It was at some sports bar, so I don't know how many people appreciated it, probably not the right crowd LOL, but I met all of them that night and even gave them some pointers 😂😂! They are always so much fun though! I do have tons of videos of them. And yes of course I know it's not THE Cure, but they actually play quite a few songs that The Cure doesn't play, ever. So that's pretty cool! I finally got them to learn my favorite song, From the Edge of the Deep Green Sea! Thanks for watching and commenting! I have over 200 videos of them. I love them too, and Justin tells me he loves me pretty much every time I see him. Ryan knows me too, and Matt. I haven't talked to Jeremy much, he's very quiet lol. Now they have a couple of different guitarists playing with them (or maybe just one, not sure if they're going to narrow it down to one). Whenever I'm in line to get something signed or whatever, if I'm a few people back in line, and Justin notices me, his face always lights up and sometimes he makes faces at me. He did in one of the videos from this concert, and he also handed me one of his water bottles from the stage. That was the last thing he did before he walked off stage! I have more stories, but I don't want to make anyone jealous. I am very thankful I have been able to connect with Justin in a lot of different ways. Anyway, thanks for reading all of that if you did. Haha, yes that's Justin, he wasn't holding me up. Right when I got up to take the picture with him, my friend told me to ask him for a "prom pose". I didn't know what he was going to do, so I just stood up straight, and he was hugging me from behind like that. He's so goofy 😂😂 I love it! He loves me too, his face always lights up when he sees me 🥰 (not to mention he's told me he loves me several times! 💚) This was at the Open Book show in Dallas at House of Blues in 2018 - very good show, I have a video of the whole thing on my channel. I have had many interactions with Justin, Ryan, Matt, and Jeremy. They all know me and talk to me if I see them before or after the shows. It's really awesome!! I never imagined I would have the interactions and experiences I've had with Justin especially! I don't talk about it a lot because I never want to make anyone jealous, but it is truly awesome and I consider myself very fortunate! Sounds good!! I appreciate it. I think you will really enjoy it. It's a bit different from other Open Book shows, because he did a lot of question and answer during the show, he doesn't usually do that. So, I think it's a pretty special show!

You're welcome! Glad I could help! I *adore* their newest album!! It's different, but it's SO good! I am a huge fan of the older stuff, the last few albums have been great, but not exactly relatable to me, at least not as relatable as the older stuff. But STTA Pt 1 is probably my favorite album now! I do have some good videos of some of the new songs, those will be put up soon too! I think my favorite song is "Don't Say it Wasn't Love", and "When Love Isn't Good Enough", like daaaaaamn! That song blows me away every time I hear it. And I literally listened to this album on repeat for months when it came out! I love every single song on this album, it's very hard to pick a favorite! I can't wait for part 2. And, they put a little spoiler in the CD packaging for part 1.... There's going to be a part THREE as well!!! Justin posted on Instagram recently that part 2 is coming "sooner than you think". I can't wait! I know they'll play here in October or November, they haven't announced that yet, but they always do!

That was totally unexpected but that song is amazing! It's really like nothing I've ever heard before. I also love The Girl Who Stole My Heart, that was actually released on Christmas in 2020, so I already knew that song 😄

Ahh, thank you so much! I really appreciate that. I really try to get the best possible videos I can. I am so glad that Justin doesn't care about people filming them, some bands and venues can be so weird about that. I recently saw Placebo (waited about 16 years to see them!) And they played a pre-recorded message before the show started. Something along the lines of don't be holding your phones up and blocking people's view. And that this was a once in a lifetime experience or whatever. Well, yeah, that's why I want to record it! 😂😂😂 Thankfully I was sitting in the balcony with a perfect view between 2 people's heads. I had my camera in my lap and recorded the whole thing! No one bothered me. It was at House of Blues, and I know they go with what the artist wants, but they as a venue don't care. The official House of Blues KZbin account even commented on a couple of my videos from the Things We Do At Night DVD taping shows! I thought that was pretty cool when that happened. Plus there's 5 songs they played but left off the DVD, and I have videos of all of them from both nights. I don't know if you've watched the documentary, Get Back Up? You probably have since you're a big fan. It was a dream of mine to somehow be in their documentary... And I made it in there! Right before they show the Get Back Up title screen, they show a crowd shot from the Things We Do At Night DVD. I'm in the center of the screen. I even had someone who only knew me for a few months on Facebook send me a pic of her TV and ask if that was me! I said hell yeah! 😂😂
