@@alanveron1982 Hello 👋 thank you so much for sharing with us 🙏👍 we are happy to hear from you. Katsu sensei always encourages everyone to train in any martial arts and he says that the only difference in modern martial arts is the rules/restrictions involved. We do sparring work(rules based) quite a bit but we also do a lot of no rules based training meaning applications for actual fighting, it’s not easy but Katsu sensei says that it’s important and he always mentions the mindset is significant in fighting.
