Hi, no, on low it didnt turn off, usually when motor sounds good and e.resistance of motor is up to 10 ohms there is no issue with motor or brushes, capacitor/s (334[K] or 447[K]) just cant hold voltage so it turns off.

Usually I am using Food Grease 2 by MOL, but in this case I used some food grease delivered with spare part by BSH/ (it is more “milky” than MOL grease, but dont know name, description, it came like that in white dose) In Bosch kitchen machines flashing light means that some sensor (safety switch) is not pressed (connected, by magnet for example). So check if you have all covers (with magnet) in correct places and sensors are all ok. At the end if every sensor/switch is ok then it can be pcb issue. 🤔

If capacitor on PCB is faulty, it doesnt hold voltage, so vacuum cleaner stops everytime voltage drops, it is not issue with motor. You can replace capacitor 474[K] X2 275V (or 334[K] X2 275V - dont know which model do you exactly have), if you have soldering gun, if not then replace entire PCB.

Probably you have faulty 4pin micro switch on that little board under the plastic button. In this model when you push on/off button then plastic ring (regulator) underneath goes down to click micro switch, when it is bad that micro switch need more pressure

@@proexservis then it is faulty from new because the first time I turned on I thought I got a defective vacuum cleaner but then I tried pressing with more force and it worked. It feels like the power button travel is barely enough to click the micro switch inside

that could also be the reason, a bad casting of the plastic ring (bad piece from production), cant tell how hard you have to press it but if it is new then ask for warranty service OR try different vacuum cleaner of same model in any shop with this Electrolux vacuums (ask them if you can try it directly at their store)

@@proexservis at the time I returned and got a replacement but it was the same so I just let it be, couldn't bother anymore having to ship it back. Another thing I don't like is if I use that attachment nozzle with bristles in smart mode the power is constantly changing from high to low and I have to change it to the other settings.

You can pry out on/off and cord winder plastic buttons, with pliers pull out that white stick between them (it is in shape of +), then you can disassemble buttons to get more access to screw

Objednal jsem teda kompletně ty převody a pokusím se to dát dohromady podle vašeho videonávodu, máte ho pěkně přehledný :) Ale to jsem si myslel, že se některé ty zuby mohly zbrousit a na tom bodě to pak přeskočí. Objednal jsem k tomu Speciální voděodolná zinko titanová vazelína ta by mohla fungovat? Ve videu máte nějaky potravinařský tuk, ten jsem nemohl najit a chtěl jsem to objednat z jednoho zdroje.

Ta vazelina je urcena pre loziska pracky a podobne, kde sa dostava do kontaktu s vodou, aby to utesnilo napr bubon pracky, obsahuje chemikalie, nie je vhodne ju davat do mixera, kedze moze dojst ku kontaktu s potravinami, aj ked je sanca mala, ale uz som sa s tym stretol ze metla slahaca bola od vazeliny. Treba radsej kupit potravinarsky tuk.

I have the PD82-GREEN which has a knob you turn for function selection. Is it the electrolytes near the potentiometer for function selection you mean? Do you know if they have the same capacitance and voltage rating as before?
