I haven't listend to the entire press conference, can somebody tell me if they at all address the question of when the NPA Aspirant Prosecutor Programme will be resuscitated? I'm a final year law student, and I am kin on serving as a prosecutor, however, the prosecutor trainee programme has been suspended due to budgetary constraints. Can someone tell me if this issue is addressed at all here.

I would like to join the NPA one day

I would have loved meet all the people in person who allows women to be criminals by defrauding man to ask for maintenance and unfortunately spend the money on whatever the parent feels like spending the money on Also to add more why don't the NPA create jobs for social workers to go and see is the maintenance money spend for the right reason like helping our South African children How can a law be put into place to give money but the law don't determine the direction of the money and how its use I consider that fraud which the NPA allows women to commit fraud by law. Man want to pay into a stationary account then the mother must come withdraw the money only if she has proof what must be bought for the responsibility towards the child . Including this access to children for man is a huge problem in South Africa The NPA should take one day out of they busy life's and go sit in the Johannesburg Children's Court and see what bizarre or circus access rights for man is a struggle how can u pay money not even seeing a child this is madness I agree with man if they don't pay or disagree with responsibilities unless they kids are part of they life's it can't be a law without shared responsibility period

Let them also achieve their goals of becoming public prosecutors, despite their ages, as far as equity is concerned. Thank you, the NPA for not discriminating in terms of age.

I've been dreaming of becoming a prosecutor since my first year of enrollment at varsity. I'm currently doing third year(LLB) and I know that I can't apply for this programme until next year. Is it possible that I approach any district court where I reside and speak to a public prosecutor to see if i can do any vac work free of charge just so that I've got something to put down on my CV and to also expose myself to the day-to-day work of a prosecutor?

What does the programme entail, incase one wants to complete the articles but yes would like to continue with Aspirant Prosecutor Programme.
