I was a very shy student, who loved to study, and studied like crazy, but never was able to get A+ grades. That made me feel I was not intelligent enough,. Fortunately I never gave up and kept studying and preparing myself to grab the opportunity. As single mom I could not have a job so I had to create my own business or teacher at a university or in adult education centers. I think now that having financial wealth is not as important as being able to adapt to the needs, to stand again after having lost everything in the stock market, by ignorance (signing a full power of attorney) , in an earthquake or after a hurricane. Must likely, If I had been intelligent, and had won a scholarship to go to college, I would have been a good scientist. But not being intelligent, but only persistent and daring, helped me to keep myself away from permanent poverty and a boring life.

I am building a quantum computer. it doesn’t require cryogenic cooling or electron microscopes. You would never believe how I generate my Qbits. Of course and tell I told you how, at that point you would believe. I can tell you this, I can easily generate over 1 million Qbits in one second and the second after that I have generated 1 million more and it never stops.. in fact, as far as we know, it has never stopped and will never stop. I can generate these Qbits with ease. All of the quantum Gates and algorithms. Would seamlessly work with my quantum computer. In fact, I can’t really call it a quantum computer until someone is able to write the program that interfaces with the classical computer so I can use quantum algorithms with my quantum computer which for now I will actually just call a Qbit generator.

I predict the near future of Artificial Intelligence, as opposed to repackaged computing, will be both in theory and practice a bit like the primordial stew at sub-oceanic volcanic floor vents where the first genetics, cellular life forms, and amoebas took shape. We have these eco-systems full of data-bases, human users and shall I say economic nutrition in which there are already 'bots' and such, i.e. agents of computer intelligence. The problem is that so far they are mostly computers, as opposed to thinking, reasoning, or even instinctive beings in terms of having intact human intuition. The reason for this is that they lack a Darwinian incentive structure. To unleash this Artificial Intelligence phenomena everyone has been talking about, we must give the computer agencies synthetic genetics, the silicon and other equivalent of our own genetic codes complete with life and death incentive structures for success and failure over time. To do this successfully, we will need an expansive number of experimental AI nursery eco-systems, if you will. We should avoid eco-systems that are overly controlled or wherein the metrics for success or failure are too rigidly set; as the nature of evolution is to mutate and find new successful paths. Fortunately, this difficult work has already begun in some scientific laboratories around the world, so to speak, as we're not talking about chemical or confined laboratories but more Silicon Valley work campuses and so forth.

This is obviously great for simplifying and in a way democratizing access to motion capture for art creation. However, my mind immediately jumps to "spatial video". I was very disappointed that Apple's big "spatial video" project ended up being standard 3D video... nothing new, except for the fact that the two cameras were very close together. Obviously this video isn't obviously related to that, but what I see is the improvement in machine-learning understanding the context of a scene, both of the people in the scene and the place they are in 3D space. The process can then add a 3D element into the scene which could be viewed from any angle. If I can extrapolate progress in this field, I believe soon we could see the "conversion" of a 2D video into a 3D scene captured from every angle... meaning you could then explore the video in VR with full 6DOF. Much of the video would be "concocted" by ai, and there would obviously be hiccups associated with that, but I see huge potential with that. THAT would be spatial video!
